Tom Yum Fried Rice

Tom Yum Fried Rice is adapted from the popular “Tom Yum” Thai flavor.  JMF’s special Tom Yum paste is mixed with rice, and fried until achieving the aroma of galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and chili, then adding vegetables as required.  Plant based pulled pork is a tasty alternative to add to this dish as a meat substitute.



  1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C

2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed

(Time may vary depend on gas or heat used)

1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly

2.Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
