Jackfruit Massaman Curry

Jackfruit Massaman Curry is a Thai vegetarian cuisine option.  On the stovetop, Massaman curry paste is stirred with coconut milk until the scent of spices rises from the pot.  Stir in young jackfruit meat, season to taste,  and then add peanut, potato, and onion, for a delicate  jackfruit flavor with spicy aroma.



  1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C

2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed

(Time may vary depend on gas or heat used)

1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly

2.Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
