Jackfruit Panang Curry

Jackfruit Panang Curry is another option for health conscious consumers.  Panang chili paste is fried with coconut milk, added to young jackfruit meat, and seasoned with fish sauce and sugar.  After cooking, add kaffir lime leaves, goat pepper, and spearmint for a spicy aroma.



  1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C

2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed

(Time may vary depend on gas or heat used)

1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly

2.Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
