Tom Kha Gai
Tom Kha Gai shares similar flavor as Tom Yum Kung but our spotlight shines on “Coconut Milk” which is the main ingredient. It makes the soup creamy with a little sweetness. The second key ingredient is the nutritious Thai herb Galangal which provides great aroma. Adding a bit of lime increases the flavor’s strength. Real or plant based chicken is always the best choice of added protein for this soup.
1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C
2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed

1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly
2.Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
