Tom Yum Goong
Tom Yum Kung is one of the most popular Thai dishes among foreigners. It’s sour and spicy taste is complemented with soft sweetness and little bit of saltiness to make it full-flavored. Lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf add a great scent of nature. Jumbo sized fresh shrimp whets your appetite. The soup can be prepared in two different ways; Creamy or Clear. JM Tom Yum Kung is made from our decades old secret recipe reflecting our traditional style.
1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C
2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed
(Time may vary depend on gas or heat used)
1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly
2.Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
