Panang Curry

The main ingredients of Panang Curry are chili, galangal, lemon grass, cumin, and garlic. This curry is well known internationally, popular for its sweetness and a bit of spiciness. Mix Panang Curry with coconut milk to add appetizing extra aroma. Add other ingredients to suit your taste.



  1. Boiled hot water with temperature 95-100° C

2. Put a curry bag in boiled water for 4-5 minutes or to thawed

(Time may vary depend on gas or heat used)

1. Remove plastic film and open lid slightly

2. Place box in microwave unopened and cook on 800 watt for 4.5-5.0 minutes (Time may vary depend on microwave watt)
